Overview

The Mothfire Brewing Company planting design uses high-function plants to address noise pollution while providing aesthetics and creative branding. Starflower identified plants that would thrive within the microclimates of the site while possessing high noise absorption and refraction tendencies. The plant layout is designed to intercept localized noise sources based on sound intensity level (SIL) inventory and analysis. Other design features include a custom preserved reindeer moss wall, further illustrating the plan's emphasis on both form and function.
